By using OpenFate, signing in, or purchasing, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We try to keep these rules clear: OpenFate is a reflective AI cultural tool, not a professional-advice service.

1. AcceptanceThese Terms form an agreement between you and OpenFate. You accept them by accessing the website, creating an account, signing in, using readings or chats, starting checkout, purchasing credits, subscribing, or otherwise using the service. If you do not agree, do not use OpenFate.

You allow OpenFate to process, store, transmit, display, and use them only as reasonably needed to provide readings and chats, keep your history available, operate payments and support, protect the service, and improve reliability. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, outdated, unsuitable, or inconsistent. Do not enter third-party personal data unless you have permission or another lawful basis where required.

Used credits, consumed reports, active subscription usage, and completed digital access are generally non-refundable. Chargeback abuse may suspend your account.
7. Privacy and Data ProcessingYour use of OpenFate is also governed by our Privacy Policy. It explains, in practical terms, what information is needed for readings, chats, account access, payments, support, security, analytics, and AI generation, and when service providers help us process that information.
