OpenFate calculates two Zi Wei Dou Shu charts separately, then compares the relationship evidence produced by its rules: Life Palace branch relations, overlaps among the Life, Body, Spouse, and Spirit Palaces, each person’s Four Transformations landing in the other chart, current-decade context, and input reliability. For friendship, the explanation prioritizes the Life, Spirit, Friends, Siblings, and Travel Palaces and turns the evidence into questions about trust, communication, reciprocity, group boundaries, and repair. It is not a compatibility score or a prediction of whether the friendship will last.

Person A’s Four Transformations landing in Person B’s chart is a different fact from Person B’s transformations landing in Person A’s chart. Direction matters, and neither direction proves a friend’s intention or loyalty.
